Halifax Webcams - Halifax is at around 45 degrees north in latitude and to the north east of NY City. They get a lot of snow here. View these cams in our summer after 10:30pm or before 7:30am (our time). The Dalhousie University cam can be viewed at night also - its probably the best cam. Halifax is part of Canada.
